Executive Summary
We are an integrated international construction, manufacturing, procurement, and supply-chain team with strong operational capabilities in China and extensive experience supporting projects across global markets.
Through our strategic manufacturing partners in China, we have access to a 300,000-square-metre manufacturing facility specializing in structural steel systems, prefabricated buildings, and lightweight steel construction. This manufacturing capacity enables us to support projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to industrial facilities and large-scale infrastructure projects.
We also work closely with Shanghai Dongqing Construction Labor Service, providing access to experienced Chinese construction professionals and skilled labour for qualified international projects. This capability allows us to support overseas projects not only with materials and building systems, but also with the workforce required for installation and construction, subject to local immigration, licensing, and labour requirements.
Our team brings years of experience in international procurement, importing, exporting, and supply-chain management, with an established network of reliable manufacturers and suppliers across a wide range of industries in China. We are able to source products, coordinate production, manage quality control, consolidate shipments, and oversee international logistics according to project requirements.
By combining manufacturing, procurement, global sourcing, logistics, construction expertise, and international labour resources, we provide clients with a streamlined platform for delivering projects from China to markets around the world.
