Tony is an international business professional with extensive experience in global sourcing, manufacturing, and cross-border trade. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he has built a strong network of manufacturing partners across China and specializes in supply chain management, procurement, and strategic sourcing for construction materials, steel structures, and prefabricated building systems. As Managing Partner of Zhibo Steels Henan, he leads the delivery of innovative, cost-effective building solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Tony oversees global supply chain strategy, manufacturing partnerships, and international procurement, ensuring projects benefit from high-quality materials, efficient logistics, and scalable construction solutions. His expertise in supplier relations, product development, and international trade supports the company’s commitment to delivering innovative, and cost-effective developments across the Caribbean, Africa, and beyond.
Francesco Costantino
Director of Green Energy Technologies
Francesco Costantino brings more than 20 years of experience in electrical construction, building systems, and operations management. A licensed Master Electrician, he has led residential, commercial, institutional, and renewable energy projects, with expertise spanning electrical infrastructure, fire alarm systems, and building technologies.
Francesco oversees energy operations, technical execution, and quality assurance across the company’s development projects. His hands-on leadership, commitment to safety, and focus on operational excellence help ensure every project is delivered efficiently, to the highest industry standards, and with long-term performance in mind.
Paul Lupo
Director of Sales and Business Development
Paul Lupo brings more than 35 years of experience in construction, building design, and project coordination across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. His expertise spans construction planning, site supervision, quality control, and design collaboration, with extensive experience working alongside architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects.
Paul oversees project planning, design coordination, and construction support from concept through completion. His extensive supplier network and international project experience, including developments in the Bahamas and Bermuda, help ensure projects are delivered with quality craftsmanship, practical solutions, and efficient execution.
